I am still able to support my clients through this difficult time by moving to online sessions. For many it’s even more convenient than face to face counselling because there’s no travel, no parking just counselling in the comfort of your own home.
If you’re having a tough time contact me to see how I can help.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety and panic attacks, abuse, trauma, loneliness, stress, work and career issues, addiction, bereavement, grief, difficult emotions (anger, frustration, despair) or relationship problems, talking to someone can be a powerful and life-changing experience. Do not feel discouraged if you do not see the specific issue that concerns you named. Often people are unsure what is bothering them and by talking to a therapist, you can start to better understand what is going on for you. I believe that every person is an expert on their life and has the inner resources to face all challenges.
I invite you to start this journey with me, towards living a fuller, happier life.
People might seek support with issues that are hard to face alone. In a caring safe and confidential environment we can explore feelings, beliefs, behaviours, past and present experiences. We will usually meet once a week, on the same day, in my consulting room in Central London. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, it's not just for relationships in crisis. There are many reasons people in relationships might pursuit it (better communication, sexual issues, infidelity, trust issues, end of a relationship, LGBT couples, premarital counselling). All relationships are difficult in some form or another. No matter the issue, all are important and deserved to be explored and worked on.
My philosophy combines psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness theories with a strong commitment to the creative process and the use of creative action methods in one to one, team and group supervision.
The accessible and personalised workshops offer you the chance to discover your abilities and potential. Learn how small changes will have a huge benefit in your life. The training and workshops are run via the London Centre for Positive Psychotherapy by internationally certified Master Trainers in Positive Psychotherapy and EAP, HCPC and BACP certified Psychologists and Positive Psychotherapists.
Most people feel anxious at their first meeting with a therapist. This is perfectly normal. I understand how difficult it is to make this decision and I will provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, secure, safe and welcomed.
I will explain how therapy works; we will discuss confidentiality, safety, privacy, previous experience of therapy (if any). Please ask as many questions as you like. It is important for me that you feel comfortable and relaxed. Usually, the first sessions are about understanding the reasons you decided to seek therapy, so I will ask questions and try to gather as much information as possible so that I can properly understand your concerns.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and I draw from Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also have a keen interest in Mindfulness Meditation and Creative Therapies. My therapeutic style is adapted to best meet the individual needs of each client, helping you to achieve a sense of inner balance by relying on all the resources you possess through body, spirit, mind, and emotion aiding you in becoming your own therapist.
