"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." Maya Angelou
Individual
Psychotherapy
Individual Psychotherapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. People might seek support with issues that are hard to face alone. In a caring safe and confidential environment, we can explore feelings, beliefs, behaviours, past and present experiences.

Whether you are struggling with relationship problems, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, abuse, trauma, loneliness, stress, work and career issues, bereavement, grief, difficult emotions (anger, frustration, despair), or addiction, I can offer you the support you need.
If you do not see the specific issue that concerns you, do not feel discouraged. Often people are unsure what is bothering them and by talking to a therapist, you can start to better understand what is going on for you.

We will usually meet once a week, on the same day of the week. I offer both online and face-to-face sessions, in my consulting room in The City, 20-21 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY (Insurance Hall).
If you need support getting out of your way of navigating a difficult life transition, I can help you find more calm and positivity and start living life to the fullest.
